make dvd as a mythtv-stream

It would be cool if a dvd, vcd or cd (and probably others) would be
considered just like a tv-tuner. Computers in a network that don't have
a dvd player would be able to get a dvd-stream through the network.

That would be nice. I'm currently using xine's cdda_server and a
patched libdvdcss provide this functionality with DVDs. Maybe some
ideas could be stolen from that.
