Default Theme (G.A.N.T.)

Default Theme (G.A.N.T.)

Correct me if I am wrong but, should not a build of myth include the
complete G.A.N.T. Theme?

Unless I install Mythtv-Themes G.A.N.T. has missing parts. Namely the OSD
for volume, channel change, and editing. There may be some other things
missing but that's just what I noticed.
