[PATCH] Fix description cut-off in Isthmus OSD

[PATCH] Fix description cut-off in Isthmus OSD

Hi, I like the Isthmus OSD theme, but on two frontends that I've tried which
use default sized fonts, there is room for a third line when viewing a
program description during playback, or when viewing descriptions in browse
mode in Live TV. However the 3rd line gets cut off pretty much in the
middle. This tiny patch extends the description area down 10 more pixels to
allow for the 3rd line to fully show.

I like it too. Made 2 small modifications. The date-format is allways
in am/pm format in stead of taking it from the settings-menu. And I
also like to see the date a program was recorded, besides the time.
