Log Message:
Include the record type char on the Set Priorities page. Show the
sounce number per channel on the Channel Priorities page. Fix keys.txt
to reflect the '?' is the key for mark/unmark favorites.

Audio track scanning/selection tweak from danielk:

"I eliminated scanAudioStreams, and put that functionality in the general
ScanStreams method. Now it only adds an audio stream to the list if it
finds the codec for it in avlib. I've also changed ScanStreams so if it
finds an unidentified stream it keeps scanning the rest of the streams.
Finally, I added a check in GetFrame that calls SelectAudioTrack() if
the currently selected audio track is outside the bounds of our audio
stream list."

Vsync hang patch from Paul Anderson:

"When people have faulty x
server drivers, like I did with via, the video display thread crashes
while choosing a vsync method. Nothing is displayed on screen but some
audio is played. "waiting for free video buffers timed out" is printed
to stderr and the kernel log has the crash details. This also helps with
nvidia kernel modules."

Fix avfdecoder to make it work with new avseek method (now requires a flag,
used AVSEEK_FLAG_BYTE, but it seems like mythmusic used
AVSEEK_FLAG_BACKWARD ... not sure which is wrong).

Fix daapclient to work with iTunes 4.7.

Title sorting for Watch/Delete Recordings, Set Priorities, and
Previously Recorded pages. In English, titles should be sorted
alphabetically excluding the prefix words The, A and An. These and the
Program Finder are the only pages currently which display sorted lists
of titles. Program Finder is already hard coded to treat "The" and "A"
as exceptions for English only and would require much more work to
convert.

While each of these pages have different code to suit different needs,
they each create hidden modified copies of the titles for sorting by
using the regular expression tr("^(The |A |An )") . Notice the
"tr(" which means that any person doing translations, programmer
or not, may translate this string ( "^(Das |de |la |a |Da )") for
whichever or how many ever prefix words are excluded when sorting
titles in their language. Translating this sting will then affect
the title sorting for each of these three pages. If a language
does not exclude any prefix words for sorting, simply translate
this string to be "".
