Hello, after talking to jya on IRC, he suggested that I add a request in
Trac to allow the user to override the size of the ALSA buffer in the
settings. Currently, I have to remember to start mythfrontend with -O
ALSABufferOverride=113

Attempt several retries should setting ALSA hw buffer time failed.

For some people, the call to snd_pcm_hw_params_set_buffer_time_near fails
with an invalid argument error.
So attempt to loop several times until we find a value that work.

Fixes #10899
