Where's the backtrace? That gdb.txt file has just the headers from gdb
starting up. Also, what exact version?

I think some of the previous lossless transcode fixes have solved my
issue. I haven't found any transcodes error out recently. If I do end up
seeing another one I'll open a new ticket, feel free to close this one for
now.
