Log:
Ensure VideoSync frame interval is always correctly updated. Patch from Davin McCall slightly modifed to prevent spamming the logs with updates. Fixes #7607. I'll backport to 0.22-fixes in a few days once I'm confident there are no other problems - though it is difficult to see why there would be.
