Since the upgrade to 0.22 the lcd only displays the clock and recording
status.

eg the menu items and music do not appear.

I have ensured (and the attached logfile shows) that the "Show music" and
"Show menu" items are true.

Attached is the logfile from mythlcdserver with verbose = all and level =
10

My guess from viewing the log is that the priorities are not being set
from "hidden" to "info"

This was occurring on Ubuntu 9.10 server with a kernel < 2.6.31-17-server.
Since upgrading to 2.6.31-17-server the problem has resolved itself.

(In [23915]) Work around a bug for Ubuntu users not being able to connect
to mythlcdserver
because the default host setting 'locahost' is being resolved to an ip6
address. Refs #7516, #7600.
