In .21, pressing "/" would change to the next "favorite" channel in
LiveTV. This behaviour is documented on the keybindings wiki page. After
upgrading to .22, pressing "/" does nothing at all. I did confirm that
Set Keys -> TV Playback -> NEXTFAV is set to "/".
