You have have seen my MythTV for windows website.
I spent many hours seeing if I can get 0.22-fixes to build on windows with
the build script, and after a bit of modification, I managed.
Please have a read of what needed to be changed in order for a successful
build:

I think the MinGW patch in the script can be ommitted now.
Also please read my "about the builds" section related to the build, and
maybe give it a test yourself here:
