These are the translations for french language for both MythTV and
Mythplugins against release-0-22-fixes 22407. The patches include the .ts,
.xml and both French.lang and French.cat in mythplugins. The XML files are
purged of the FR translations. This follows ticket #6965, #6911, #7287
#7490.
I am in the french translation team. This version make many changes (case
and typo) and introduce more consistency. Only avalaible for release-0-22
fixes. Replace ticket 7490
