In the mythmusic import files screen, select a folder, hit search and it
hangs. This worked just fine a few days ago and I suspect it might have
been broken by the QT4 port.

Mythmusic will be re-written to use mythui hopefully soon, but this issue
could affect other places using the progress dialog.

Comment:

(In [18691]) Fixes hang caused a typo in MythProgressDialog. A widget was
trying to be both the parent and child of a layout. The progress dialog is
still broken but at least it doesn't hang. Closes #5811
