IMDb have changed the layout of their poster page which means downloading
hi-res posters from impawards.com is broken.

The attached patch fixes this.

Can confirm this works great w/Myth 0.21. Just had to delete existing .jpg
files in ~/.mythtv/MythVideo and redownload, they are all HQ now :) Thank
you!
