Log Message:
Added a record status for "Not Listed". This can happen if an inflexible
Single or Override rule is set but later the listings change so there
is no longer a match. By including these in the conflicts list, the user
can look to see if the show is scheduled for a different time or at
least find out that the show is no longer scheduled for broadcast and
therefore the rule can be removed.

* Clarify an error message in mainserver.cpp.

* Remove an old unnecessary/invalid comment in CommDetect.

* Fix unsigned vs signed warning in commercial flagging code in tv_play.cpp.

* Risto Treksler's patch to take the cutlist and commercial skip list into
account when generating a preview pixmap. Also adds a setting to allow
generating the preview pixmap from the bookmark if one is set.

NOTE: Requires a make distclean since MythContext in libmyth has been modified.

* Removes X11 serialization from glXGetVideoSyncSGI() function,
which probably does not need it.
* Removes glXMakeCurrent from WaitForFrame(), as it is not needed.
* Adds more error checking and some more documentation. Especially
noting that Start(), WaitForFrame(), and Stop() should be called
from the same thread.

This will hopefully help Issac with XvMC playback, in anycase
the glXMakeCurrent call in Start() should be sufficient.

Audio plugin and clientlib support for doing visualizations via rtsp.

The clientlib stuff is still not completely the way it should be (it
currently has no knowledge of visualization objects, so the add(), process()
and draw() are all being done in the main client GUI thread). Will improve
shortly.

Client stuff for doing visualizations over rtsp.

It is now possible to play music using the mfe where:

1. The visualization is on one host (where the mfe is)
2. The decoding is on another host (where the mfd is)
3. The speakers are on a still different host (another mfd)
4. The content is on still yet another host (another mfd/iTunes/etc.)
5. Other mfe viz's and or speakers on even more hosts can be sync'd

Hmmm, sometimes mpg123 seems easier :-)

* This fixes bob-deint for XvMC when there is no overscan/underscan.
* This rejigs XvMC OSD buffer creation and teardown to hopefully work
better for XvMC-VLD. (Which sometimes fails on channel change.)

I'm still trying to get XvMC beb-deint to work with overscan and underscan,
and you need v 66.29 of the closed source nVidia drivers for the current
implementation of bob-deint to work correctly with that driver family.

Make right arrow display menu if it is not displayer.

Add a timer so that toggling the menu on and off will take you back to where
you were (rather than the root of the menu) if less than 10 seconds have
elapsed.

It appears nvidia's XvMC bob-deint compensation does try to adjust for
overscan, but underestimates the amount of compensation required. I could
not figure out the formula they are using, so I can't compensate exactly.
But by only applying overscan compensation when the overscan is greater
than or equal to 5% it appears that the bob-deint compensation error
never gets too big.

Underscan works fine, the nVidia's bob-deint compensation is only wrong
when frame_height != imgh. And it appears that the newer drivers allow
a negative offset so we could actually get this right if we could detect
these drivers and not scale the source image in overscan (which is needed
by other hardware).

Added code to properly close down OpenGL context and X window in
OpenGLVideoSync destructor, and code to properly deal with
glXGetVideoSyncSGI() failures other than GLX_BAD_CONTEXT.

This might solve the problem where OpenGL VSync works for a
bunch of videos and then fails for no apparent reason.

v0.18.02, 2005-05-05. Fix a few more directory issues WRT the plugins. Get
rid of Mandrake versioning where it's no longer needed. Get rid of the old
