1. Problem Description:
mod_perl 2.0.4 will not compile on Fedora 9.

To be honest, i don't think this is a mod_perl bug per se... it looks
like a problem with some library not being installed on FC9 that
mod_perl is expecting to find. However, mod_perl 2.0.4 compiles just
fine on FC8. I originally tried 2.0.4 on FC9, then got the latest 2.0.5
SVN snapshot, hoping it would be resolved there.
The biggest difference that I see between FC8 and FC9 is the latter's
use of perl 5.10.
