No results to report from Win32 since the winnt mpm is threaded.

(The test suite attempts to run tests and fails them rather than
skipping them, which isn't very friendly but (a) the whole A::SL thing
is skipped from the mp2 build anyway and (b) this is the same as with
0.96. I should look at fixing that in the future, but wouldn't want to
hold up 0.97 for it.)

I should have added that's a +1 from me since there's no regression here
from 0.96.
