debug message in BinaryWrite()

Is this debug message in BinaryWrite() function left intentionally?

$_[0]->{asp}{dbg} && $_[0]->{asp}->Out("binary write of ".length($_[1])."
bytes");

That's probably not right, I can fix that up for the
