hi guys. I guess I wasn't subscribed when perrin posted the draft...
everything looks good to me. I was even more eloquent than I remember ;)
the only thing I might change is Apache::Test to Apache-Test, the former
being just one module within the distribution and the latter being the
distribution itself.
other than that, +1.
