N900 + Simyo ES = not receiving lot of SMS

Hi all,
I'm currently using N900 with Simyo spanish carrier and I've found
that I'm not getting lot of SMS people send me.
Not only people tell me: hey, I sent you an sms... didn't you get it?
But I also tried to use their phones and send SMS to my number... they
often don't arrive.
In particular I'm not getting SMS at all from:
- Yoigo (spanish)
- Movistar
- Vodafone IT
- TreHG IT
anyone else is getting the same problem? Do you think it's a N900 bug
or a Simyo problem?
