googletalk video call between tablett and PC

Hello,
I am wondering if anybody managed to get a googletalk video call between a
tablett and a PC w webcam running. I tried some time back but there were too
many glitches for me to get it running in a limited amount of time. Anybody
aware of recent updates in that area?
