libnl

I am trying to use the SDK to compile the SVN version of Kismet but it
gives an error about not having libnl, but I can't find any libnl in
any repository anywhere.

Should I just try to build libnl from scratch even though that may
lead to a never ending list of dependencies?

Also, what is the correct method to install an application to your
device after you make it, because I've looked all over the Internet
and don't see any mention of the proper way to install to Maemo N810.

I was only able to scp over the binaries and that's it.
