Hello,
some of us had a discussion about several aspects of the initrd/kernel image
used on the device. In this discussen we came to the question if there is some
intention to make it possible for developers to create their own initrd/kernel
image for their devices. Are there plans to have documentation about the boot
process on the website?
I see the problem distributing initrd images separately, but if someone wants to
create a custom initrd he/she can get everything necessary from the initrd on
the device.
