Re: Phones for the community awards [In reply to]

It's been sent, but it's stuck in Customs (to be exact, the DHL gate at the airport, where the Clearance Agent won't let it out because it need some documents - "License to Import" or something)

I've already contacted Ville about the issue, and they're working on a solution for it.

Re: Phones for the community awards [In reply to]

unfortunately I cant confirm all have been sent.
I called DHL thursday last week, and they had no shipments for me.
It also seems that most never recieved a "shipped" email from Nokia with
tracking number.
It is holiday season, which delays shipment further.

Are you talking in general or about my shipment? Where is it being sent
from?

Re: Phones for the community awards [In reply to]

I was talking about my shipment, and it was sent from Tampere, Finland via DHL.

IIRC, Ville said that he was talking to DHL Finland about it, and he should be able to get it sorted out once DHL Finland talks to DHL Philippines about it.

Ok, so it looks like they are sent from Tampere (relevant information)?
Can anybody confirm the state of my shipment?

No one except Ville is able to confirm anything. AFAIK, prizes aren't
sent all at once, and most haven't been sent to this day.
