From answer, it seems that in current implementation, conflicting
package is only warning, non-fatal error. Niels also asked if someone
knowledgeable could volunteer to adjust buildme, (to treat such error
as fatal) as a temporary solution until OBS is introduced. I have no
idea how complicated it is - anyone willing to pick it up?
