BOF/Workshop room added to schedule

Hi all,

I just added the BOF/Workshop room to the schedule, and added the
various sessions which have requested space. I put Canola in there for a
hackfest on Sunday, GIT for an hour on Saturday afternoon, and
extras/autobuilder for an hour on Saturday morning.

There are another couple of slots available (I'd prefer to keep
workshop/BOF slots at least an hour, in half an hour you can't get much
done) - I imagine that a "migrating apps to Fremantle" session will take
one, when it's proposed. TYhe question is who wants to clash with Daniel
Wilms' "getting started with Fremantle" hour-long session with a BOF - I
imagine it'll be a small team who wants some time to meet. Let myself,
Valerio or Jamie know, and we'll do our best to help out.

Also, Quim, I imagine this room will also be available on Friday - do
you want to add it to the schedule for the Nokia day, or do you prefer
to keep things "clean" in the schedule?

Cheers,
Dave.

"clean", please.

Looking at the schedule, the submissions that are still in the queue and
the fact that there are still 4 days to go before the call for
participation is closed... Most of the slots are already taken already.
Are you considering the slots takes as "fixed" are they can still be
moved if more interesting presentations are getting in?

Is it still an option to convert current full sessions into lightning
sessions or to move really specialized topics to the BOF room?

Slots can be moved to avoid conflicts. There are 5 still-empty slots (1
user, 2 app dev, 2 platform), and we have room for maybe another 8
lightning talks.

There are 4 outstanding presentations where we've proposed lightning
talks instead of full presentations, 1 outstanding lightning talk
proposal, 2 wait & see, and 5 proposals that only arrived in the last 24
hours, that we haven't considered at all yet.

All in all, looking at those late arrivals, it looks like the inn will
be more or less full, and resolving conflicts is going to be our major
concern from here on in. If there are sessions which have not yet been
proposed that you want to get in, then now is the best time to do it -
by the closing date, there will be no room left in the schedule.

If there are any sessions which you think are conflicting, we'll try to
move them around. Let us know ASAP. If someone for a smaller specialised
session is OK moving to Oostelijk Meterhuis then I have no objections,
but I'm not keen on "revoking" an accepted presentation at this stage,
or moving it to a lightning talk. It would need a presenter to volunteer
to change it.

Cheers,
Dave.
