[lvs-users] LVS-DR, squid & IPv6

Dear LVS,

i'd like to setup LVS-DR, squid & IPv6 in a test environment.
I wonder how I would setup the virtual IPv6 on the realservers.
Is it reasonable to disable NeighbourDiscoveryProtocol for the vIP on the realservers ? (or did I misunderstood the whole concept of IPv6 "arp" handling ?)
If so how to disable ? There seems to be no entry in /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf

Would it be sufficient to define the vIP as IPv6 alias on the realservers ?
Any hints ?

hmm well I just added the virtual IPv6 address to lo:0 on the squid boxes (real servers) and it works like a charm ! (at least in my test environment)

now another question reagarding the script mentioned on http://kb.linuxvirtualserver.org/wiki/IPv6_load_balancing.
How should it look like ? Tried to use tools like netcat, nmap and echoping to check the availibiltiy of the port but I have no clue about the logic I have to use in the (bash?)script.

I also have servere problems to understand the manpage http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/maverick/en/man8/ldirectord.8.html :

checkcommand = "path to script"

This setting is used if checktype is external or external-perl and is
the command to be run to check the status of a real server. It should
exit with status 0 if everything is ok, or non-zero otherwise.

Four parameters are passed to the script:

* virtual server ip/firewall mark
* virtual server port
* real server ip
* real server port

help is really appreciated

The removal and reinsertion of a broken realserver works now after having slightly modified http://www.pavnay.fr/index.php/fr/administration-systeme/10-sys-cluster-ip#http
