Hi Johan,

Try start lvs without keepalive, and check if works .
In my CentOS box, I just config lvs via /etc/sysconfig/ipvsadm, and
/etc/init.d/ipvsadm start

PS: IMO only one director, there is no need to setup keepalive or heartbeat
:D
