multi word synonyms highligth problems with Lucene 3.6

Hello,
I am using synonyms at index time with Lucene 3.6
Highligth terms are incorrect when search terms are parts of a multi
words synonym...
I use the Highlighter Lucene class.
Do I need to use the FastVectorHighlighter (with termVector positions) ?
