Board Report Due

Please do your part and fill in for your project. We need reports for:
Tika
Nutch
Lucy
PyLucene (I took a stab at it, feel free to edit)

The meeting is scheduled for the 23rd. I'd like to submit on the
15th, as I won't be able to after that.

I added the following for Tika:

Apache Tika is a toolkit for detecting and extracting metadata and
structured text content from various documents using existing parser
libraries.

Tika 0.4 was released in July. Development continues at the steady pace
of a few commits per week. User list activity seems to be increasing.
