Analyzing Noun's

Hi,
if i have a string like
str = "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs. Names Mark Woon, Otis
Gospodnetic."

How to analyze Nouns in the above string.

Sample Excepted output:
xxxxx NOUN startoffset = , endoffset= ,
