ERROR: Unable to set scheduler parameters, .: Operation not permitted

Hello all,

Using Heartbeat 3.0.4 on OpenSuSE 12.1, i have this message on the log:

ERROR: Unable to set scheduler parameters.: Operation not permitted

The system is an HP Proliant DL380G7. I have google a little about this,
and i found this error only on OpenVZ containers (virtualization), and
not on the real machine.

What can be?

Cordially,

Claudio Prono.

I guess that this is about call restriction for security reasons.
