License Question

At the following website: http://clusterlabs.org/wiki/License the
license information for pacemaker is as follows:

"Pacemaker programs are licensed under the GPLv2+
<http://hg.clusterlabs.org/pacemaker/stable-1.0/file/tip/COPYING>
(version 2 or later of the GPL) and its headers and libraries are under
the less restrictive LGPLv2+
<http://hg.clusterlabs.org/pacemaker/stable-1.0/file/tip/COPYING.LIB>
(version 2 or later of the LGPL)."

Please advise: Is the pacemaker as downloaded from the
http://www.linux-ha.org/ website governed by the terms of the GNU GPL v2
or GNU GPL v3?

Thank you!
Cathy

v2+ means that its up to you. You can chose which version of the
license to use it under as long as the version is >= 2.
