Recovering the cluster after a split-brain

Hi,

in V1 clusters, after a split-brain... is there a way to tell to
Heartbeat to keep running services on primary node (first field in
haresources) and stop them in secondary? In my current configuration,
the services are stopped on both servers by a few seconds and then the
primary node start them. I insist, after the the split-brain and not
during it.

I have one network interface per node, heartbeats and services on it.
It's a proxy, i don't need complex things like stonith, serial
crossover, ipfail, etc.
