config issues

I've got a very basic config that works fine on my machines running
2.99, this week i installed 3.00 on two new machines. With my current
setup both machines are grabbing the virtual ip i've specified as the
ha resource, has there been some massive config change that would
result in this ?

are you using pacemaker aka. the crm?
or just haresources?
