where can I get heartbeat version 2

I wanted to look at heartbeat version 2 since I understand it
includes service monitoring as a basis for failover. Anyone know where
I can get the code? The link to the current 1.99 alpha seems to be
broken, http://linux-ha.org/download/heartbeat-1.99.1.tar.gz
