Software RAID for Linux

Dear all,

Hi,

Do you know there is a patch which adds supporting of RAID level 5
to Linux?

You dont need to - its in Linux 2.0.35 and current 2.1.x kernels

It seems to me in normal 2.0.35 there are needed patches.
New tools and raid utils have been released by E.Troan; I don't remember
where I downloaded them.

Linux 2.0.35 includes RAID-5 support as part of the main kernel
distribution.
