Pingd bug 2003

Hello,

I found this bug and it were resolved by Andrew. But I am not satisfied
because if I unplug the ethernet wire, my pingd is not detecting this
network failure. Andrew can't reproduce this issue, Could someone test it ?

http://developerbugs.linux-foundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2003

Thank you!

Uh, the bug is still open pending additional feedback from you.
I only said I couldn't reproduce it, not that the bug doesn't exist.

Can you reproduce the issue or not?

Yes, I still have this issue and I answer in the list if someone has the
same issue because I can't help you more... I have no ideas... and I
will be out this friday until 26 of december.

I am only looking for another point of view....

Yes you can. Just rerun the pingd -U test with the latest code like I
said in bugzilla.
The latest code has extra logging that might help me figure out the
problem.

If one person has a bug, thats enough for me to spend time on it.
