announcement: glue stable release 1.0.10

Hello,
The current glue repository has been tagged as 1.0.10.
Please upgrade at the earliest possible opportunity.
The highlights:
- compression modules included and compression handling improved
in clplumbing
- one memory leak fixed in clplumbing
- support for asynchronous I/O in sbd
- hb_report performance improvement
