Thomas Hepper has identified a bug in recent versions of heartbeat.
The bug is this:
The first resource listed on a line must look like an IP address.
If it's not, takeover and giveback won't work correctly. The slave will never
give up such a resource group, and the master will take it back anyway after a
30 second delay.
This is probably what people have been complaining about.
