[OFFTOPIC] Win98 Crashes on Gates!
|
|
Sorry for the offtopic post, but this was funny. Look at: http://www.infoworld.com/cgi-bin/displayStory.pl?980420.ecgates.htm Apparently Gates was giving a presentation in Chicago earlier this morning on Windows 98, displaying his actions on two big monitors. Sometime in the middle, it crashed on him. The article takes a pretty positive spin on the event, with people talking about NT5 and such, but some of the quotes are pretty good. One engineer was quoted as saying that he'd install it at home, but "wait until it works" to install it at work. Hmm...
