how install KinoSearch ?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to install this - the simple directions did not work for me, I dont think its a permissions issue either..too bad its not available for simple install via PPM either.. anyhow, here is what I did:

1- downloaded to a new directory - run as a batch file:
> perl e:\tmp_testing\KinoSearch\Build.PL
> perl e:\tmp_testing\KinoSearch\Build

> perl e:\tmp_testing\KinoSearch\Build test
> perl e:\tmp_testing\KinoSearch\Build install
> pause

Can't stat lib: No such file or directory

Can't find file lib\KinoSearch.pm to determine version at E:/Perl/site/lib/Modul
e/Build/Base.pm line 937, <DATA> line 471.
