I use plenty of those cards to drive the production chain of a little
local tv station.
I replaced analog or digital tape drives with 1U rack pentium 4 linux
boxes operated by a modded USB gamepad (feedback from tv monitor and
little LCD dispaly).
... so for me loosing the ivtv resource would be dramatic ;-)
keep going people, u make a wonderfull work :D
