First time capture from SVideo after reboot

I have noticed with some frequency that upon reboot, after I `cat
/dev/video0 > /tmp/tmp.mpg` for 1 sec, the video capture is often a blank
screen but he audio is fine.

The following will often restore video:

1. cat /dev/video0 > /tmp/tmp.mpg
2. mplayer -cache /dev/video0 (blank video)
3. mythtv live tv (blank video)
4. unload ivtv module
5. unload cx18 module
6. load cx18 module
7. cat /dev/video0 > /tmp/tmp.mpg
8. mplayer -cache /dev/video0 (video/audio is fine)

I was under the impression that we don't need ivtv with cx18 (something
about it being a fork). Does ivtv get pulled in when you load the cx18
module? If not, you should try blacklisting it, unless it either gets
pulled in or you need it for a reason.

lirc_pvr150 will load ivtv unconditionally.
