Playback Freezes Occassionally

Playback on PVR350 using TV-out works fine most of the time, but
occasionally the image freezes. Problem seems more prevalent when
pausing for extended periods of time (15 mins). Remote/keyboard input
seems to be "ignored"; actually command input seems to be processed at
one command every 10 mins or so, perhaps due to error processing. The
problem seems to be limited to the playback task; otherwise the box is
fully operational, with no apparent rogue tasks. Backend recordings
continue normally during the image freeze condition. Haven't found a
way to get out of the problem without reboot. Killing and restarting
frontend and backend doesn't seem to free it up.

Found similar reports in the archives, but no obvious solution. Any
pointers would be appreciated, either solutions or recovery.

Kernel 2.6.19-1
mythtv 0.20.2

/var/log/messages shows the following at the time of the problem:

Anybody have any ideas about this?

I think you meant to write ivtv 0.10.1? If it is then you will want to
upgrade to ivtv-0.10.5. I am not sure this will fix the problems but
it is worth a try.

Second thing to try is the ivtv 0.10 from svn [1]. It has some dma
fixes that have not made it into a release yet.
