PVR-350 video bandwidth

Hello all,
I have tested video bandwidth PVR-350 in pass through mode with TV -generator. And it looks like that PVR dims
frequencies above 4,5MHz and it corrupt picture quality. Is there some low pass filter or it is limitation of card.
