cx18: Toggle the AI1 mux when changing the CX18_AUDIO_ENABLE register
cx18: Verify cx18-av-core digitizer firmware loads correctly
cx18: Allow IVTV format VBI insertion in MPEG-2 SVCD and DVD streams
The VBI change is per a user request.
The audio firmware and mux changes seem to make things better for some
users who have incorrect broadcast audio decoding after the cx18 module
first loads after boot.
