PVR150 PAL tuner gives static output

Hi,
My PVR150 PAL tuner gives static video output.
Everything seems to work just fine untill I capture from the tuner, I only
get a video with static output. I already tried the other inputs and I CAN
get a picture from the svideo input but not from the tuner.. Attached is the
dmesg, but I can't see any problems in it....
setup:
- FC3 (followed Jarod Wilson setup instructions)
- ivtv version 0.3.2i from http://atrpms.net/ (apt-get)
- placed HcwMakoA.ROM in /lib/modules/
modprobe.conf:
alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0 ivtv
alias tveeprom tveeprom-ivtv
alias msp3400 msp3400-ivtv
options cx25840 no_black_magic=1
Loading the driver gives no problems.
Setting the tuner (PAL B) for a test capture:
# /usr/bin/ivtvctl -u 0xff
# /usr/bin/ivtvctl -p 6
# /usr/bin/ivtvctl -f width=720,height=576
# /usr/lib/ivtv/ptune.pl -F 720000 (frequency dutch channel RTL4)
Tuner works fine in Windows...
Any ideas what I can do next....?
