PVR 150 Secam Audio or Video but not both

I'm trying to make my pv150 work (secam mode), kernel 2.6.11-rc5 / ivtv
0.3.2d
I found that i can have sound or video from tuner, but not both...
Here is the script i use to test :

Is saa7172 module really needed for this card ?
I think, i'm really near to have it working... Help really appreciated...
