I've been doing some research into selecting resolution. The saa7115 looks quite powerful in this respect, but i'm afraid i don't have the expertise to fully harness its power :) I'll get something going, but if there are any video gurus out there who want to help out, it'd be appreciated. It's all just bonus of course: it'll work, but top notch quality will be trickier :) In my readings, it looks like we'll be able to do ARBITRARY sized video. That's awesome :) No more "720x480 or 480x480 or ... are your only choices". Granted that for use on an actual TV, it's not practical, but for those who just want to record stuff and watch it on their computer, or who have decent tv-out cards, it's a great way to save space :) Hope i'll have time to dig into this soon. -tmk __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
