New Templates and Components

Hello,
We where editing the LEFTONLY_TOP and uploaded it to the server replacing
the existing one.
I have added to show the component_after, but it's putting the component
itself after the template in the HTML.
You can see what I mean at (Stuff would be the component):

Would I need to add a tag in the template to put the Stuff above my
component_after?
